計算設(shè)備蒸發(fā)量方法如下：

1、知道煙氣的量和進(jìn)、出口溫度，可以得出煙氣經(jīng)過余熱鍋爐每小時放出的熱量；

2、要知道設(shè)備的給水溫度和蒸汽出口溫度，這樣可以得出每公斤工質(zhì)經(jīng)過設(shè)備吸收的熱量；

蒸汽鍋爐每小時所產(chǎn)生的蒸汽數(shù)量，稱為蒸發(fā)量，又稱為“出力”或“容量”。用符號“D”表示，常用的單位是t/h。

(1)額定蒸發(fā)量在額定蒸汽壓力、額定蒸汽溫度、額定給水溫度下，使用設(shè)計規(guī)定的燃料并保障效率時所規(guī)定的每小時的蒸發(fā)量。鍋爐產(chǎn)品金屬銘牌上標(biāo)示的蒸發(fā)量，就是設(shè)備的額定蒸發(fā)量。

(1) Rated evaporation under rated steam pressure, rated steam temperature and rated feed water temperature, the hourly evaporation specified when the fuel specified in the design is used and the efficiency is guaranteed. The evaporation capacity indicated on the metal plate of boiler product is the rated evaporation capacity of equipment.

(2)經(jīng)濟(jì)蒸發(fā)量在連續(xù)運行中，效率符合很高時的蒸發(fā)量稱為經(jīng)濟(jì)蒸發(fā)量。經(jīng)濟(jì)蒸發(fā)量約為額定蒸發(fā)量的75％～80％。

(2) In continuous operation, the economic evaporation is the evaporation with high efficiency. The economic evaporation is about 75% - 80% of the rated evaporation.

(3)至大連續(xù)蒸發(fā)量在額定蒸汽參數(shù)、額定給水溫度和使用設(shè)計燃料的條件下，長期連續(xù)運行時所能符合的很大蒸發(fā)量稱為至大連續(xù)蒸發(fā)量。這時余熱鍋爐的效率會有所降低，因此應(yīng)盡量避免它在至大連續(xù)蒸發(fā)量下運行。

(3) Under the conditions of rated steam parameters, rated feed water temperature and design fuel, the maximum continuous evaporation is the maximum continuous evaporation that can be met in long-term continuous operation. At this time, the efficiency of the waste heat boiler will be reduced, so it should be avoided to operate at the maximum continuous evaporation capacity.
