爐排:鍋爐采用大鏈條爐排,剛性大,通風效果好,裝卸方便。格柵前后軸長4.55m,有效寬度1.576m。采用耐熱鑄鐵側封,側封與篦板密封間隙為8mm,側封采用冷風冷卻,有效避免燒損、材料泄漏、漏風。爐排下方分為6個獨立的空氣室,空氣根據燃燒條件進行分配。進氣方式為尾部兩側進風口。采用推拉式澆口清灰裝置,有效防止爐排漏風及爐排風室間串聯空氣。
